PoP

The Giorik PoP speed oven is an easy-to-use, handy, and very affordable tool. Ideal for bars, fast food outlets, wine bars, cafes, and bakeries that offer fast service, it consistently provides quality food, overcoming the limitations of some fast-cooking equipment.

Gourmet sandwiches, elaborate toasties, pizza slices, stuffed piadinas, croque madames or croque messieurs – up to four portions per cycle – can be ready in less than 2.5 minutes, thanks to patented technology that means food reaches the ideal core temperature of 65°C while staying crispy. But the real advantage of the PoP oven is that it does not require a water connection, thanks to its built-in water tank. This means it can be placed anywhere with an electrical outlet.

Steambox Evolution

Many suppliers overlook fundamental variables, such asthe type of menu the customer will prepare, how often they’ll use the oven, required performance and acceptable consumption. We are committed to placing this information at the center of our design process, so we can minimise waste and ensure truly tailor-made solutions. This philosophy has given rise to two different levels in the Steambox Evolution range: the H Level – our top-of-the-range product for high-end cateringwith a high-efficiency boiler and 10“ touchscreen – for structured kitchens and more demanding chefs; and the MasterR level – with INSTANT steam generated by water atomization and a 7” touch display – for professional kitchens with less pressing needs.

Our design process is not driven by managers trying to steer the market, but by chefs on the front line who gather daily feedback from real users , working side by side with the Research and Development department to transform concrete needs into functional technologies. This direct collaboration has identified one of the most pressing problems in the kitchen – time management – prompting smart solutions such as Rack Control, which enables different dishes to be cooked simultaneously on different levels, EasyService, for serving all dishes at the same time, and the Favorites function, which enables chefs to have their most frequently used recipes immediately available on the home screen, ready to be launched with a simple click.

Movair

Movair is our most versatile oven, designed to perfectly adapt to the needs of businesses that require maximum operational flexibility. Ideal for all gastronomic and pastry-making needs, MovAir is available in both electric and gas versions, offering the possibility of convection, steam, and combined convection/steam cooking. The three-speed fan with automatic rotation reversal ensures even cooking, while the innovative door that can open on both the left and the right makes it the only product of its kind capable of adapting to any kitchen configuration – particularly useful when multiple appliances need to be installed in the same room or in limited spaces with complex layouts.

The intuitive control panel with 7″ graphic touchscreen facilitates access to all functions and speeds up the start-up of preloaded cooking programs, while the cooking chamber with sloped edges and rounded corners promotes air flow, optimizing internal circulation and ensuring greater resistance to high temperatures.
