Engineered to address a persistent challenge of convection cooking – uneven results at full capacity – Origin utilizes Alto-Shaam’s patented Structured Air Technology® to deliver high velocity, vertical airflow for targeted air distribution across the oven. The result is even, consistent cooking of every dish across a full load without the need for pan rotations, helping operators improve throughput, reduce hands-on monitoring and keep service moving.
Origin also brings multi-cook capabilities to convection cooking enabling operators to cook up to uniquely timed food items at once. Multiple shelf timers streamline production by removing the need for manual cook time management across the oven, allowing operators to load, set, and move on with confidence.
