Tracy Pearson announced as president of Perlick

The former CFO of the bar, refrigeration and dispensing brand, steps up after nine months as acting CEO

Perlick has announced that Tracy Pearson has been named the new President and CEO of luxury bar, refrigeration, and dispensing brand Perlick. Pearson began with Perlick as CFO in 2021 and for the past 9 months has been operating as acting CEO, while also maintaining her role as CFO. This leadership update comes as a natural progression for the organization, as Tracy has had an incremental hand in Perlick’s continuous improvement efforts from navigating through pandemic pains and supply chain challenges, to now shortening lead times and growing the business.

Pearson’s new role is a milestone moment as Perlick’s first ever female President and CEO, creating an impactful footprint for women in the manufacturing industry as a whole.

With more than 20 years in executive leadership in manufacturing and private equity companies, Pearson’s expertise in building financial infrastructures, revenue growth strategies, and facilitating strategic alignment to create high-performing organizations will continue to be the key to Perlick’s ongoing and future success.

Pearson’s alignment with the brand go beyond the walls of Perlick as she is an avid winemaker and gardener on her hobby farm, proudly utilizing the Perlick equipment in the storage and dispensing of her craft.

Accompanying this announcement, Perlick’s current vice president of IT, Tom Nackers, has been promoted to chief technology & experience officer and current controller, Carrie Holewinski, has been promoted to director of finance and controller.

“We are excited for the future of Perlick as we continue on our path to excellence in providing our customers a seamless experience and carrying on the 105 year legacy of the Perlick brand as an industry leader. If you are interested in talking to Tracy about what this means to both her and the industry, please reach out at any time,” concludes the statement.
