Taylor Company, a division of Middleby, has announced that Rachel Mago has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. In this expanded role, Mago will assume responsibility for the sales teams in Europe, APAC, and India. Service and sales employees in EMEA and APAC will also have a reporting relationship with Mago.

“Rachel’s passion, deep knowledge base and ability to connect with customers
has allowed her to quickly advance through our sales organization. In her new role I am
confident she will lead Taylor global operations to future growth and success,” added Kohl.
Since joining Taylor in 2019, Mago has held several sales positions, most recently
serving as SVP of Sales (the Americas) & Global Marketing since May 2025.
