LTI, Inc., a leading manufacturer and designer of modular and custom serving systems and technologies, has announced Alicia Bowen as Western regional sales director. In this role, Bowen will lead sales representative groups and “play a key role in expanding brand awareness throughout the western region,” says the brand.
With more than a decade of experience in the foodservice industry, “Bowen brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm that will be a tremendous asset to LTI,” it says.
Driving meaningful results
Bowen joins LTI from Food Service Holdings/BSI in Denver, where she was Western Regional Sales Manager. There, she led a robust sales and business development team of 50 employees across the US and Canada. Her deep involvement in the industry – attending trade shows, events, and engaging directly with clients – “demonstrates her dedication to building strong, lasting relationships and driving meaningful results,” says LTI.
Bowen’s journey in foodservice began in 2014 at Forbes Hever and Wallace as an Outside Sales Rep, where she made “an immediate impact” by developing and growing business through strategic sales efforts in the South Texas market.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, Bowen also holds an MBA from Howard Payne University. She currently lives in San Antonio with her husband and their son.
