Jaime Nau promoted to president of Nieco Corporation

Previously Nieco's general manager, Nau will continue to oversee and direct day-to-day operations of sales, manufacturing, engineering and R&D

Jaime Nau has been promoted to president of Nieco Corporation, a Windsor, California-based manufacturer of broilers for commercial kitchen cooking and part of The Middleby Corporation.

Nau will continue to oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of sales, manufacturing, engineering and research and development for Nieco, as she did in her previous position as Nieco general manager. In her expanded role Nau will be more involved with all of the Middleby brands and the corporate strategy for commercial foodservice.

New customers and markets

Nau has been with Nieco for more than a dozen years in various roles including several management positions within the company in sales, operations and customer service. Prior to joining Nieco she worked with ConeTech, Inc. in the wine industry.
