Hatco® Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Cochran as general manager of Food Warming Equipment Company, Inc. (FWE), effective August 31, 2026. FWE, a Hatco Corporation brand since 2022, is the premier foodservice manufacturer specializing in heated holding cabinets, cook-and-hold ovens, transport carts, and more.
As general manager, Cochran will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of FWE, including operations, sales, product strategy, customer experience, and financial performance. His initial focus will be on listening and learning from employees, customers, channel partners, and the broader market. He will identify opportunities to strengthen execution, expand FWE’s market presence, and accelerate profitable growth. The ultimate goal to build upon FWE’s strong legacy while ensuring that the company continues to deliver exceptional products, service, and value to its customers.

Cochran brings over three decades of leadership experience in global manufacturing, operations, and business growth. Most recently, he served as president and chief operating officer of KULR Technology Group, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the organization from an early-stage company into a publicly traded, NYSE-listed business. Prior to KULR, Cochran spent 24 years with Jabil, advancing through increasingly senior leadership positions before serving as senior vice president.
Throughout his career, Cochran has established a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and leading strategic growth initiatives. His extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, quality systems, acquisitions, and business leadership will be instrumental as FWE continues to strengthen its market position and pursue new opportunities for growth.
