Franke Names Delpozzo to Head up Solutions Product Unit

Franke Foodservice Systems announces Luciano Delpozzo as vice president and general manager of its Solutions business

Franke Foodservice Systems has announced that Luciano Delpozzo has joined the firm as vice president and general manager of its Solutions business, which markets products to foodservice operators through traditional distribution channels. He will report directly to Thomas Campion, CEO.

Delpozzo will work to “accelerate growth opportunities for Franke’s general market products in the wide- ranging foodservice industry, building upon and expanding relationships among its sales and distribution partners”. Those products include Franke’s recent introductions of technology-focused equipment innovations in the beverage, sanitation, automation and facilities management categories. In addition, the Solutions unit markets Franke’s longstanding specialty fabrication line through dealers to multi-unit foodservice operators.

Prior to joining Franke in the U.S., Delpozzo held roles in Italy, China and Greece. During the last six years he worked as CEO/general manager for Esmach S.p.A. in Italy, a member of Ali Group, where he was responsible for manufacturing and design of innovative baking technologies, including the invention of the smart bakery concept in use in Europe. He also accomplished the turnaround of a metal forging company within Forgital Group where he served as CEO. Delpozzo holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Padova, Italy.
