Culinary Advisors announces new roles

Suzanne Bahr is promoted to senior project manager at Culinary Advisors while Laura Lentz joins as senior designer

Culinary Advisors has announced the promotion of Suzanne Bahr FCSI to senior project manager while FCSI member Laura Lentz has joined the consultancy as senior designer.

Bahr (pictured above, left) entered the foodservice design consulting field in 1988, combining her degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia with six years’ experience selling foodservice equipment. She spent five years as a design consultant and project manager for a large foodservice consulting and design firm which led to her present position with Culinary Advisors. Since joining Culinary Advisors in 1995, Bahr has worked on a wide range of foodservice design projects, in many different capacities, drawing on her unique design and sales background.

In a further announcement Laura Lentz (pictured above, right) has also joined the team at Culinary Advisors. As a graduate of Cornell University, Lentz spent the first several years of her career in operations including three years as the restaurant manager at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. She began her design career in 2007. Her areas of expertise include business & industry, higher ed, healthcare, and hospitality. Lentz grew up in the architectural community as both of her parents were architects in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is a member of FCSI.
