Unox closes 2025 with €360m year in revenue

A focus on automation and efficiency will shape 2026 plans

Unox, the global leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of professional oven technology closed 2025 with revenues of more than €360 million, up 9% year on year, marking its 17th consecutive year of growth.

The result reflects a year of heavy investment across the business, as Unox continued to expand its product range, manufacturing footprint and long-term vision for how professional kitchens operate, particularly as labor pressures and demand for consistency continue to shape the foodservice market.

During 2025, Unox launched several new product platforms, including SPEED.Compact ECO and BAKERTOP Retail, opened its new Unox City headquarters, and began production at its US manufacturing facility. The company also completed the acquisition of Roboqbo, an Italian specialist in automated food processing systems, a move that signals a broader shift towards integrated, end-to-end kitchen solutions.

Consistent results

“The acquisition of Roboqbo allows us to look beyond cooking alone. By bringing together cooking, mixing and processing technologies, we can help operators achieve more consistent results, simplify production and better manage complex workflows, particularly in high-volume environments,” said Nicola Michelon, CEO of Unox, on the evolution of the business.

The first glimpse of how this integration could work in practice was shown at SIGEP 2026, where Unox and Roboqbo demonstrated how their technologies can operate alongside each other. The focus was on automation, repeatability and process control – areas increasingly important for operators looking to reduce pressure on kitchen teams while maintaining quality.

As part of Roboqbo’s integration into the Group, Unox has made two senior appointments. Matteo Ravagnan, formerly Sales Director for Northern Europe at Unox, has been appointed General Manager of Roboqbo, while Emanuel Vanzetti moves into the role of Sales Manager Dealer Italy, supporting commercial development and closer alignment between the two businesses.

Alongside hardware, Unox continues to develop its digital ecosystem. New software tools introduced include LIBRARY.Converter, allowing cooking programmes to be transferred and adapted between different Unox ovens, helping operators maintain consistency across  multi-sites with minimal setup time.

International expansion

Looking ahead to 2026, Unox is continuing its international expansion, with new Experience Centres planned in Riyadh and Indonesia, followed by further openings in Denmark and Germany later in the year. Sustainability also remains central to the Group’s strategy, with the integration of Roboqbo’s photovoltaic systems bringing Unox’s total renewable energy capacity in Italy to 6.5MW, covering almost all domestic energy use.

The Group now employs more than 1,550 people worldwide, including a growing global service and support network, alongside engineers and scientists focused on product innovation. With a strong order book and continued investment in people, automation and digital capability, Unox enters 2026 focused on helping operators build more efficient, resilient and kitchens ready for the future.
