A luxury boutique hotel, slated to open Winter 2021 in the historic 1887 Exchange Building in Downtown Providence. Named after the developer’s mother, The Beatrice will feature 47 rooms, an open-atrium lobby, a rooftop bar and is attached to Nick’s on Westminster. The property is named after Beatrice “Bea” Temkin who was born in Providence in 1931 where she remained a lifelong resident and active community member until her passing in 2016.

The Glass Light Hotel & Gallery,  Norfolk, Virginia

Located in Norfolk’s Historic District and just steps away from the stunning Elizabeth River, The Glass Light Hotel & Gallery will fully open in 2021. The hotel opened its rooms in December 2019 and will be fully open when the Glass Light gallery opens next year. Once opens, the city of Norfolk will have the unique distinction of having the largest collection of glass art in the world. The hotel resides in a beautiful 1912 building on vibrant Granby Street, featuring 113 masterfully detailed guestrooms and suites.

Sweetgrass Inn, Isle of Palms, South Carolina

The state’s third Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel property, this multi-million-dollar hotel will feature 100 rooms and suites, while also offering a restaurant and corporate meeting space.
