Pink Cube: the trend incubator at INTERNORGA

Created in cooperation with trend researcher Karin Tischer, the forum will showcase developments in the global foodservice and hospitality market

Taking place between 13-17 March in Hamburg, Germany, INTERNORGA will provide plenty of fresh impetus to visitors, as innovation is set to take centre stage at the show. Attendees will be able to discover globally fashionable food trends in its Pink Cube, for example.

This popular forum, created in cooperation with trend researcher Karin Tischer, showcases recent developments in the global foodservice and hospitality market. In entertaining, informative lectures, Tischer will report on international trends and developments in the cuisine scene.

New sensory impressions, creative sauces and fascinating flavour worlds are currently in demand.

New food, new style

The focus of the Pink Cube presentations will be on new nutritional trends and methods that are influencing society, including plant-based nutrition. “Together with vegetarianism and veganism, plant-based diets are a key topic – one that also offers lots of potential for restaurateurs,” says Tischer.

Trade visitors can also find out how restaurants can meet the increased guest demand of being closer to nature. These and other insights in the Pink Cube provide INTERNORGA visitors with a wealth of inspiration, valuable impetus for business and numerous opportunities for interaction.

The programme of talks is complemented by a photo gallery showing impressions of international research trips and spectacular food creations.
