The FCSI Asia Pacific Division is excited to announce our presence at FHA Singapore 2026 and we’re bringing a full program that asks the questions at the heart of this moment: how is the rapid advancement of technology and AI reshaping foodservice and hospitality design, and what does that mean for how we practice our craft?

Throughout the event, visit the FCSI booth (1L5-01) to connect with peers, explore industry insights, and discover what’s happening at the intersection of design, technology, and foodservice practice. But the real heart of our participation unfolds on April 23.
From 2pm to 5:30pm, we’re hosting a curated panel series that cuts through the hype around AI, automation, and connected technologies in restaurant and kitchen design. Rather than celebrating buzzwords, our conversation asks the harder questions: How are AI tools genuinely changing the design process? How do we reconcile operational efficiency with emotional hospitality? And how do we design for technologies that don’t yet exist at commercial scale?
The afternoon features a 35-minute moderated main panel exploring five critical threads — from AI as a design partner to specification tools that are reshaping the consultant-manufacturer relationship. This is followed by three rapid-fire 15-minute sessions pairing equipment manufacturers with consultants and operators, each grounded in real-world case studies and honest practitioner perspectives. No separate registration is required to attend the panel or rapid fire sessions – entry is on a first in, best dressed basis.
