
With record numbers signed up for the four-day conference, attendees can look forward to a brilliant program, bringing together consultants, manufacturers and operators to address the audience on a variety of pertinent topics, educating and entertaining in equal measures.
Keynote presentations and rapid-fire sessions will include discussions covering the vast expanse of the foodservice sector, aiming to stimulate discussion and provoke debates. In between the sessions there will be opportunities to discuss further over a bite to eat, a cup of coffee or a refreshing drink.

A broad perspective
The conference theme this year is CIRCLE, short for Conversations on Resilience, Innovation, Collaboration, Leadership, and Evolution. “In other words, the qualities that truly matter when navigating the highs, lows, and curveballs of hospitality and foodservice,” adds Gregoire.
With a broad perspective of the industry, including technology, design and operations, speakers will focus on everything from AI, automation, sustainability, designing foodservice in an industry that never stops changing and collaboration.
“I’m really looking forward to bringing our community together in Hoi A for a few days of meaningful conversation, fresh ideas, and great company,” concludes Gregoire. “It’s always a highlight to reconnect with industry friends and colleagues from across the region and to welcome new faces into the FCSI circle.”
