Unox celebrates team leader Leroy Fearon as winner of prestigious Stand Out 50 Awards

With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial catering equipment and hospitality industry, Leroy has demonstrated an exceptional ability to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership. At Unox, he has been instrumental in driving service excellence through a series of impactful initiatives. Under his guidance, the company recently celebrated training its 500th engineer, reflecting his passion for education and skills development.

He has also championed the launch of the Technical Ambassador Program, which recognises top-performing engineers and enables them to share expertise with their peers. Leroy has further strengthened his team’s capabilities by facilitating development trips to Unox’s factory at its HQ in Italy, giving engineers first-hand experience and insight into the company’s innovation culture. These initiatives, combined with his focus on customer-first solutions that enhance service reliability and efficiency, exemplify his commitment to raising standards both within Unox and across the wider industry.
