more than 22 years of experience in the Professional food service market (Horeca, Bakery and Laundry); more than 7 years in BIM applications and standardization for the foodservice Market, one of the developer of the IFSE BIM Standard Classification.

• 2018 I Started the collaboration with Cadenas Gmbh; a leading software developer in the areas of Strategic Parts Management and Electronic Product Catalogs
•2015 I started the collaboration with WAI investment Company, Chicago based private Equity Found, founding Specifi LLC
•2006 I started a new company called Quaga for virtual reality services as videos and images.
•2004 we started the development of MasterChef, our new software for professional foodservice market
•1996 we started a collaboration with Electrolux professional Spa, to develop a specialized software for the food-service market called Elux3D and Quotelux, with a world-wide distribution.
