Tracy has been involved in the foodservice industry since 1985. He has experienced many aspects of the industry from owning his own restaurant to selling restaurant equipment. He also founded a restaurant equipment and design company all in addition to his recent work designing kitchens for projects ranging from institutions to guest ranches. Tracy is a Professional Member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI).
