Started in foodservice in 1995 at Maines Paper and Food Service in Conklin, NY. Was the contract manager in charge of all commercial kitchen projects including work at Cornell University, Buffalo University and Middlebury College. Completed over 200 commercial kitchen projects. Earned CFSP designation in 2004. Opened Hogan Consulting in 2007. Became an associate member of FCSI this year. Am currently working on several K-12 projects in upstate New York. Looking to expand into Pennsylvania.
