I have been a part of the Foodservice Industry for over 35 years, participating in several different segments as a dealer, fabricator, chain account designer and consultant. I have been a consultant for the past 18 years, becoming a member of FCSI in 2001 and a CFSP member in 2000.
I have lectured at Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA; California State University at Northridge, CA; Culinary and Foodservice Department at UCLA and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA.
In 1991 I received an Outstanding Design Award and in 1992 recieved a Special Recognition Award from Restaurant and Institutions Magazine.
