I am a Food Service Professional with extensive experience in all aspects of running a business. In the last several years I became the lead food service designer and in the field project manager for 14 new cafes we opened and numerous renovations of existing unit all over the country. Capital One have 44 dining operations and maintains OCS and vending in an additional 72 corporate building across the US. I also was in charge of all the food service equipment facilities management.
