Randall S. Phelps has been involved in the Food Service industry since 1967, mainly in management and supervisory capacities. Having experienced every facet of the hospitality profession, Mr. Phelps has developed training programs, management systems and proven marketing techniques specifically tailored to the Food Service Industry.
Mr. Phelps is a member of the National Environmental Health Association and credentialed by them as a Certified Professional-Food Safety. A Registered Instructor of both the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program and the ServSafe Alcohol Awareness Certification Program, Mr. Phelps has been educating Food Service Professionals, local volunteer groups and Municipal Health Professionals.
In the current climate of budgetary concerns, Phelps Food Service Consultants is also currently contracted to conduct Food Establishment Inspections for local municipalities
