We offer assistance in feasibility, design (we build in food safety), planning as well as auditing restaurants for health safety and training of managers/staff. Conducts equipment evaluations for business owners, real estate owners, real estate brokers, property managers etc., to determine the worth of the equipment for sale or lease. SFS works with architects, engineers and code officials. Since the owner is also an accountant, we can assist the owner, etc., in the value of the business..We are a multi-disciplinary scope company that offers our clients the best service and satisfaction that can be offered. We also have a branch (Clark Commercial Leasing) that assists the owner/corporation in locating the ideal restaurant site, negotiates the lease/sale and finalizes the project.
