I am working on my Master’s in I/O Psychology and hoping to eventually obtain my Ph.d as well. I have 3 culinary degrees, an Assoc. in Culinary Arts, Assoc. in Culinary Mgmt, and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts, and my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Project Management. After my education is completed my ultimate career goal is to become a restaurant consultant, as I have worked part-time as a consultant previosly and found that that was what I loved and wanted to continue to do. But, I found that I wanted to be able to provide more for my clients and that is why I am persuing such an arduous academic platform. In hopes that combined with my 10+ years of restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality experience that I will be rare in my ubiquitary like character of knowledge and experience.
