Landmark Design Inc. is a Foodservice Facilities Planning – Interior Design and Contract Management Firm with expertise in all segments of Design, Construction, and Operations. We maintain design offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Shadow Hills, California. John Andrews-Anagnostaras, FCSI manages our Las Vegas office. Attilio Carta CID manages our Shadow Hills office. We serve clients on a national and international basis. On many projects we handled only the Design. On others we handled the entire Project Management (Design and Construction). Many were Design/Build Tenant Build-Outs on which we had complete responsibility for the project acting as the Owner’s Representative.
The scope of our services is tailored to suit the client s specific needs. We delineate our services up front in our proposal: In general LDI provides conceptual development, creation of theme designs, programming, ergonomic flow patterns showing the interaction between the front and back of house, prepares drawings from schematic and preliminary plans to complete construction documents, supporting the architect and engineers with all utility requirements, detailing the custom fabricated items and with written specifications for all equipment, furniture and fixtures, periodic inspections of the work at the jobsite to insure compliance with the contract documents and/or complete Project Management.
