I spend time teaching cooking classes related to special dietary needs and using more real foods and less processed foods throughout the community.
Currently own a small cafe where everything is locally or organically sourced. We are open only for breakfast and lunch. The business has operated with continued growth for four years. We also cater to those with special dietary needs or philosophies such as vegan, vegetarian, raw food, and gluten-free. We are very environmentally sustainable as well.
I went to massge therapy school and was a practicing massage therapist for ten years. I also have a bachelor of arts degree from Eureka College Eureka, IL in Psychology/ Sociology.
