Jeff Longenecker Foodservice Design Specialist Jeff Longenecker was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs. He was always attracted to the Culinary Arts and the Foodservice Industry and worked in many establishments prior to earning a degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. Upon graduation, Jeff accepted a position with Gilbert Robinson a national restaurant group specializing in full service, scratch style kitchens operations. In 1991 Jeff became employed with ARAMARK where he spent 17 years in various positions within foodservice operations and design. While with ARAMARK, Jeff participated in the successful design & delivery of over 125 successful major projects and in 2005 was awarded the STAR Performer of the Year . Projects include: Florida State University, GMAC, George Washington University, Cendant, Merck, Anheuser Busch, Duke University Medical Center, Yale, Goldman Sachs, Intel, Julliard, Citigroup, Reuters, General Mills, United Nations, Nissan Motors, and General Motors. Jeff s life-long interest in Architecture, Culinary Arts and Foodservice Design has led him to spg3 where he successfully incorporates all three elements. His success has been a direct result of his hands on approach to managing and coordinating project design teams with a high sense of urgency.
