Jim Little focuses on assuring that the work we do is the right work by striving to follow the “form follows function” process. This has led to extensive market and financial analysis as the
precursor to design and active involvement in every type of food service in every type of building. This allows the technical advances and market changes of one sector to be applied judiciously in others.

Many years activity in projects on every continent (save Antarctica) has proven the analytical process to be essential to success in all markets – mixed-use complexes such as the Eaton Center in Toronto, to Kuala Lumpur City Center in Malaysia; sports facilities for several Olympics as well as many of the major leagues in North America, Europe and the Middle and Far
East; theme parks are a specialty from Universal to Disney to a multitude of others around the world; casinos, hotels and resorts, corporate feeding, healthcare and education have also benefited from the combination finance and design approach.

Client success is the goal – financial, quality and customer satisfaction.

Jim has also been active over the years in FCSI having been President for the merger of FFCS and ISFSC and on many committees. He has lectured at several institutes of higher learning in several countries and has been a member of two Advisory Boards – NAU and Cal Poly Pomoma’s Collins College.
