Russell's foodservice industry experience spans over 35 years. Starting as a dishwasher in 1972, he worked his way up the culinary food chain, to Sous Chef at the Chevy Chase Country Club, prior to entering the Equipment business as CEO of LeBow Equipment in Alexandria, Virginia. As Principal Creative Designer and President, he is able to blend his formal culinary training, (Culinary Institute of America, 1977), operational experience, and extensive knowledge of equipment into sound foodservice design.
