Earle is a highly regarded specialist and during his 40 years plus experience has been responsible for the design and commissioning of many of the commercial kitchens in North Queensland, Northern Territory and Papua New Guinea. He designs, drafts and prepares plans and specifications for heath department applications; completes Council documents and submits these to required authorities and ensures that projects obtain required Health Department Approvals. Earle can prepare tender documents, oversee the costing and tendering process and can issue sub contractor s orders. He may supervise work carried out by the sub contractors, check supplier s invoices, authorize same for payment and finalize the completion of contracts. Earle may also commission the supplied and installed equipment, train staff on the correct usage of the supplied equipment. Many projects include work in conjunction with various architectural companies, hydraulic & engineering consultants and builders to prepare services for the individual projects for hassle free installation.
