I retired as a food facilities consultant on June 29,2006.I started in the food service industry in 1950 with Southern Equipment Company in St Louis,Mo.,1955 with Missouri Equipment Company,1964 Flambert and Flambert in St Louis, Mo.,1965 Flambert and Flambert in San Francisco, Ca.,1981 H.G. Rice and Co. Inc.,Dallas, Texas area. Retired after 25 years with H.G.Rice and Co. Inc.
Very much enjoying my retirement after serving in the Army during World War two and 56 years in the food service industry.
