Mr. Stewart has been a Professional Member of FCSI since 1986 and has served four years on the FCSI Board of Directors and one year as FCSI Secretary. He has 35 years experience in foodservice facility and laundry design and has been principal in charge of over 2,500 foodservice projects throughout the U.S. and overseas.
He attended the University of Wisconsin and is a frequent guest lecturer in the UW-Madison and other college food science departments.
His foodservice and laundry design experience covers a broad range, including health care, senior living facilities, restaurants, corporate cafeterias, convention centers, stadiums, golf courses, military bases, prisons, jails and educational facilities.
