I first began working for C&G in 1999 as an AutoCAD drafter, now as the Senior Project Manager I coordinate the details of projects with architects, engineers and operators throughout design and construction. I also coordinate company documentation standards with the production staff. I’m an Associate Member of Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and a member of the FCSI Revit Task Force.
