Brian Nelson is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International and joined Stewart Design Associates in 1998. He has over twenty years of experience in the foodservice industry including eight years in food and beverage operations. Brian has six years experience as a project coordinator at Stewart Design Associates where he gained experience in all aspects of project design, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination with architects, engineers, construction trades and foodservice contractors.
Brian is proficient using CAD software to develop layouts and concepts for presentations to architects.
Mr. Nelson has worked as a project coordinator or consultant on over 200 projects including, stadiums, water parks, cinemas, healthcare facilities, senior living facilities, corporate cafeterias, convention and civic centers, restaurants, golf courses, military bases, jails and prisons.
