I am a new business. I just started a little over 2 weeks ago. I bring 25 years of restaurant experience with me. Most recently I was the General Manager for Cheesecake Factory in the Seattle market for 7 years. I was with the company for 12 years total. I have worked with Red Robin, Rainforest Cafe, Schwartz Bros. Restaurants, as well as many smaller brands over the years. I have seen success at every level, and decided it was time to start my own business to help businesses looking for outsourced help.
