Duties included facility design, project budgeting, specifications and contract administration. Extensive experience working with contractors and manufacturers, overseeing installations and training staff. Designed Cook/Chill facility for new CAC Mobile Meals Distribution Center in Knoxville, TN, Baptist Hospital West and Denso employee cafeteria at Athens, TN plant. Received ServSafe certification in 2004. Prior to that, coordinated in-house remodeling and special projects, including energy conservation initiative, for major department store chain.
