Adam Millman has over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, Miami, Florida Campus as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Institutional Management from Florida International University, Miami, Florida. He has gained extensive operational knowledge from his career with Loews Hotels and Restaurant Associates. Adam has been with Cini Little for 2 years working in both the Ft. Lauderdale office and the New York City office.
