Welbilt UK is delighted to announce that it will be transforming it’s HRC stand (P411) into a compact ‘grab and go’ outlet in order to help demonstrate how exhibition visitors can achieve the ideal set-up with just three of Welbilt’s world-renowned brands; Merrychef, Convotherm and Crem, on even the smallest of sites.
For example, the latest Merrychef high speed oven which will be featuring on stand P411 – the Merrychef eikon® e1s – allows independent operators to expand their hot food menus and easily adapt to changing customer and business needs, along with evolving menus and hot food trends.
Filling the gap in the market for an entry-level high-speed oven, the eikon® e1s opens up a world of new menu opportunities thanks to its combination of three heat technologies: convection, tuned impingement and microwave, which allows for cooking times up to 10x faster than conventional ovens.
Next generation
As well as a necessity for speedy catering units, most grab-and-go set-ups will also heavily rely cooking on units that allow a caterer to cook various types of food within one unit, hence why Welbilt will be showcasing their next generation of Convotherm Mini combi ovens.
Contained within a remarkably small footprint of just 51.5cm, the Convotherm Mini boasts perfect cooking results, low energy consumption and a functional design alongside its ability to roast, steam, bake and regenerate; as well as grill and even cook products that would normally require frying – all this whilst fitting onto a standard worktop.
The third unit that Welbilt will be demonstrating as part of their grab-and-go concept is the Crem Untiy 1+.
Uniting filter and espresso brewing capabilities with a world-class fresh milk foaming system, this state-of-the-art fully-automatic coffee machine is the ideal option for operators that are looking to offer barista-quality coffees with exceptional ease.
Visitors to stand P411 will also be able to sample hot food, courtesy of the Welbilt culinary team, who will be busy highlighting how simple it is to cook a range of grab-and-go items in both Convotherm combi ovens and Merrychef high speed ovens. All this can be washed down with delicious coffees that have been made via Crem’s brand new espresso machine, the EX3, seen for the very first time in the UK.
Featuring highly tested, customisable technologies which have specifically been developed to ensure superior, in cup quality, the Crem EX3 is the perfect solution for operators that want to offer superior coffee without compromising on aesthetic. In fact, so visually impressive and versatile is the EX3 that operators can even customise the colour, finish and lighting of their EX3 so that it matches the interior of their venue and brand.
Also committed to keeping their exhibition stand as green as possible, Welbilt UK will be serving food and drink samples in biodegradable plates and cups.
