Unox has once again demonstrated its commitment to innovation with the launch of the new MULTI.Day Hot Vacuum pump at Commercial Kitchen Show

The MULTI.Day Hot Vacuum pump won a Gold Award in the show’s Innovation Challenge, after being shortlisted alongside the Unox Bakerlux SPEED.Pro, the world’s first speed baking oven, which was launched to the market last year.

The innovative solution for sealing hot food is a world’s first, able to work alongside the Unox EVEREO hot fridge to give food producers, caterers and retailers the opportunity to preserve hot food trays safely for up to 72 hours. It is also ideal for central production units to seal Unox MULTI.Day trays, before transporting hot food to satellite kitchens safely and with no spillage.

Using state-of-the-art technology developed by the Unox R&D team in Italy, it is suitable for everything from meat and pasta dishes, to rice, root vegetables and much more.
