Perlick Corporation , a leader in total package bar equipment, beverage dispensing systems, and luxury residential undercounter refrigeration, today announced that its Underbar Fabrication and Refrigeration has earned recognition in five categories, including Best in Class Overall (Underbar Fabrication), in the 2012 Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FES) magazine Best in Class study.

Each year subscribing operators, dealers and consultants participate in FES’s Best in Class study by casting votes to honor the best foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers. Voters judge manufacturers based on seven performance targets: product quality, product value, product design and aesthetics, service and support, sales representation, product inventory and availability, and product information availability. This year, Perlick was honored as; Best in Class Overall – Underbar Fabrication, Best in Class Dealers – Underbar Fabrication, Best in Class Operators – Underbar Fabrication, Best in Class Consultants – Underbar Fabrication, and Best in Class Consultants – Underbar Refrigeration.

“Today’s marketplace is extremely competitive, placing more pressure on consultants, dealers and operators than ever before; so, Perlick is both honored and humbled by this year’s Best in Class recognitions,” states Jim Koelbl vice president of sales for Perlick’s Commercial Products. “As a manufacturer with nearly a century of experience, Perlick is committed to being aware of market demands and is determined to continue providing the highest quality products and service possible to ensure our consultants, dealers and operators are able to meet, and exceed, those demands.”
