The months of May and June were entirely marked by the specialist planners and distributors at Küppersbusch Großküchentechnik.
At Pentagast in Fulda, the manufacturer of professional cooking appliances from Gelsenkirchen paved the way for specialist distributors end of May in the seminar “principles of kitchen planning” to access the planning of professional kitchens.
Theory and practice
“The emphasis was put on subjects as cooking equipment, current guidelines, norms and rules,” explains Tobias Brand, manager project development at Küppersbusch.
After the theoretical approach the participants already gained practical experience and did some small plannings on their own.
Beginning of June Küppersbusch invited specialist planners to Gelsenkirchen for a technical seminar. Information was provided on theoretical and practical base on ConvectAir combi ovens, the modular series PremiumLine 850 and CombiLine 750, VARIO mixing kettles and, of course, on the 800 degrees Celsius BeefCraft grill.
“The practical part is always a highlight. You have got to experience the appliances,” says Brand.
But also external experts have been consulted in order to share their knowledge on modern solutions for kitchen ventilation including fire protection and extinguishing systems.
