At this year’s Internorga, the international trade fair for the catering and hotel industry, held in Hamburg, Germany, between 9-13 March, Hobart received the silver Star Award. In the ‘Innovation’ category, the manufacturer of commercial warewashing equipment won judges over with its innovative rack-type dishwasher. Efficient, economical, and easy to handle, it provides superior wash results and improved drying capacity.
During the show, readers of the magazine Top Hotel award the prizes for the best products and services for the hotel industry. More than 4,300 Top Hotel readers voted for their favourites.

Innovative – economical – ecological
With the enhanced rack-type dishwashers, Hobart offers its customers several meaningful improvements. There is for example the automatic self-cleaning programme as well as the innovative rack-flow sensor system, which doubles the number of racks which can be cleaned consecutively in one-man operation.
In addition to being highly reliable and delivering perfect wash results, the new dishwashers are intelligent. The smart machines detect empty sections or different types of wash ware and automatically adapt to the respective situation. This saves operating costs and valuable resources.
