The precise thermostat control monitors and minimises the temperature drop of the oil during the cooking process to deliver consistent, perfect results, reducing oil absorption and extending the oil life.
A system of smart locks prevents element removal while the machine is on, prevents activation when the elements are removed, and also provides an element drain lock and tank removal lock.
For easy cleaning, the Frypod elements swing back and offer two lock positions – one for draining oil, the other to remove the tank. The splashguard can also be removed and washed, while the bevelled edge of the fryer body provides a lip to assist tank removal.
The FR15 with its five-litre tank runs off a 10 amp plug and carries a list price of £545. The FR25 with its double basket, and two five-litre tanks runs off two 10 amp plugs and is priced at £995.
