Electrolux solutions power Olmsted’s kitchen in small, sustainable footprint

A Tower of Power with air-o-steam Touchline Combi Ovens, an EMPower Restaurant Suite and a Pressure Braising Pan help to power the kitchen

Olmsted, the award-winning global neighborhood restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, chose solutions from Electrolux Professional for consistency and support when it opened in 2016. The 50-seat restaurant features a lush garden, seasonal ingredients for an evolving menu, and a living wall.

Supportive team

“I met a whole bunch of people from Electrolux. I really like the product. It was just more that I could bring to the table. They’ve always been supportive. They’d give me a kitchen drawing so I’d be prepared for meetings,” said chef-owner Greg Baxtrom.
