Alto-Shaam Wins FEDA Model Workplace Award

The manufacturer received the reward in recognition of the dynamic and unique workplace culture it has implemented across sites

Alto-Shaam, a global leader and innovator in the foodservice equipment industry, earned the Model Workplace Award during the FEDA Gold Awards at the 2021 annual conference. This award follows Alto-Shaam’s Extraordinary Service Award from FEDA in 2020.

The Model Workplace Award is in recognition of the dynamic and unique workplace culture that Alto-Shaam has created, as well as its ability to attract and retain talent, and develop future industry leaders.

For more than 60 years, Alto-Shaam has pioneered foodservice equipment solutions that have advanced the industry. With its manufacturing and office headquarters in Wisconsin, it has built a global family of nearly 500 employees, all of which were pivotal to the company’s growth and success.
