“Be it cafés, bars, hotels or restaurants: more and more restaurateurs are taking advantage of the benefits offered by filtration systems to serve their guests water in their own bottles or carafes,” explains Jens Harti, International Product Manager. Winterhalter has developed the ideal solution for this: Any UC Series warewasher can become a bottle washing system with the bottle rack and a special adapter.
The rack features a foldable bottle centre and it can therefore hold lots of different types of bottles with a diameter of up to 100 mm. The specially developed bottle washing jets clean the inside of up to eight bottles per wash cycle. This ensures hygienically clean wash results in all standard programmes.
Maximum flexibility
More good news for restaurateurs who already have a UC Series: The rack can be retrofitted.
The bottle washing system ensures maximum flexibility ─ if necessary you can quickly change from the normal wash cycle to the “bottle mode”. For this purpose simply remove the bottom wash field and insert the bottle rack adapter.
Jens Harti explains: “Our customers can count on us. Certification according to DIN SPEC 10534 for our bottle washing system confirms that they will have perfectly hygienic washed bottles at all times ─ and in under a minute per wash cycle.”
