Globe Introduces Brian Clouse – National Service Manager

Clouse is responsible for all aspects of Globe’s after sales’ support and includes managing field service companies

Globe Food Equipment Company (Dayton, Ohio) is pleased to announce Brian Clouse has joined Globe as National Service Manager.

Clouse joined Globe with over 20 years of business sales and service experience in multiple Industries. He most recently worked as an Account/ Service Manager with Rieck Services, a Dayton area HVAC & plumbing service provider.

Clouse studied business at Sinclair Community College. He recently finished his Leadership program at the University of Dayton. Clouse said, “The Emerging Leadership Certificate has challenged me to be a more effective leader. The program helped me reflect on my own experiences, and I was able to identify qualities that I liked and disliked about past managers. I’ve developed a leadership style that will empower associates to be a part of a team, and we will grow together.”

Strong customer focus

As Globe’s National Service Manager, Clouse is responsible for all aspects of Globe’s after sales’ support and includes managing field service companies; coordinating technical support, and parts distribution operations. Clouse reports directly to Globe’s Executive Vice President, Lisa Todd.
