Food Service Holdings (FSH), comprised of BSI, English Manufacturing and Colorado Custom Stone, has named Stephanie Gilbert as vice president of sales & marketing, effective 8 January 2020.
Acquired in 2016 by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, FSH is the leading manufacturer of food shields and comprehensive front of the house servery, counters and custom fabricated solutions.
Wealth of expertise
Gilbert was appointed to this newly formed role after an extensive, nationwide search, having recently stepped down from her role as national sales manager, consultant services for Hobart Food Equipment Group to embark on this new opportunity. She will be succeeding John Lewis, director of sales at BSI, LLC over the past 12 years, as he steps down to transition into retirement, as well as Wayne Sirmons, former director of marketing at BSI.
Gilbert is a 20 year veteran of the foodservice industry and brings with her a wealth of expertise, first as an operator early in her career, then later as a business development catalyst across the technology, equipment and manufacturing verticals within the supplier sector.
