Hugo Hernandez Ponce joins the team as a new chef for Alto-Shaam Latin America and Caribbean
Alto-Shaam, a recognized leader and innovator in the global foodservice equipment industry, has appointed Hugo Hernandez Ponce as a new chef for Alto-Shaam Latin America and Caribbean.
Ponce is tasked with providing the highest level of customer support and product training throughout the region, demonstrating the capabilities of Alto-Shaam’s complete kitchen equipment solutions from its award-winning Combitherm® and Vector® Multi-Cook Ovens to QuickChillers™ and drop-in hot and cold wells.
He will also be responsible for overseeing the culinary kitchen including the highly-popular ‘A Taste of Alto-Shaam’ live events, supporting customers with menu development and product training and supporting the business at seminars and tradeshows.

Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, Hugo was a corporate executive chef at a large financial technology company in Mexico, and he is excited about supporting the business.
