Alto-Shaam expands European team with senior appointment in France

Thierry Molla joins the business as its new director of sales for Alto-Shaam France

Alto-Shaam has hired former director of France for Iriinox, Thierry Molla, as its new director of sales for Alto-Shaam France.

Molla is tasked with creating and executing Alto-Shaam sales growth strategies and overseeing customer satisfaction, financial performance and staff development in the French market. Part of that strategy will be to grow the distributor network and add national and international key accounts. He will also be tasked with hiring and training all Alto-Shaam France employees and subcontractors.

“Thierry has considerable experience in the French foodservice equipment market and is a respected veteran in the industry,” says Lucy McQuillan, executive vice president of global sales at Alto-Shaam. “We are happy to have him as part of the Alto-Shaam family and look forward to working with him in building our French business”.

Top performer

Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, Thierry was director of France at IRINOX S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of blast chillers and electrical enclosures. He was responsible for leading and training the sales department, managing projects, executing action plans and supporting key accounts. 

Alto-Shaam continues to see organic growth of both domestic and international business. Through new product development, customer channel growth and superior customer service, the company continues to be a top performer in global markets.

Thierry Molla will be present at Equiphotel in Paris, France November 11-15. The show is one of the foodservice equipment and supply industry’s premier events. Members of the Alto-Shaam global sales team and employees will be available throughout the show to meet with customers and members of the media.
