Alto-Shaam Expands EMEA Support with New Customer Service Representative

Edoardo Lanci takes on the newly created role as EMEA Customer Service Representative

The appointment is a part of Alto-Shaam expanding its customer experience and support throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Based in Italy, with a degree in foreign languages, Lanci will work closely with Alto-Shaam’s EMEA sales team. He will be responsible for maintaining the highest-level customer support and service at every touch point.

Lanci joins Alto-Shaam with more than four years’ customer service experience, including over a year at a major international food retailer. In his new role, he will report directly to Simon Parke-Davis, vice president of sales – EMEA.

“I’m pleased to welcome Edoardo to our growing team,” Parke-Davis said. “His experience working within a number of service industry sectors, as well as his fluency in multiple languages, will make him a great addition to our team as we continue to provide the highest quality experience and level of support to our customers across the EMEA region.”
